I’ve loved everything to do with weddings ever since I was little and filled Pinterest boards with wedding dresses and rings. The fact that weddings are now my job?? Someone pinch me! I feel so grateful to be able to do what I do. To be accepted into a couple’s inner circle for a day, and watch them just burst with happiness as they celebrate their love surrounded by family and friends, is an honour I will never take lightly.
My goal for your wedding day is pretty simple. I want to take on all of the logistics, the details, and the moving pieces, so that all you (and your people!) have to do is relax, be present, and soak up every moment. Contrary to popular belief, your wedding is not meant to be stressful and overwhelming. It should be a calm and joyful celebration chapter in your love story.
I currently have the best of both worlds based both in Edmonton, AB and the Lower Mainland, BC (and of course down to travel anywhere and everywhere beyond that). When I’m not planning weddings, I’m usually spending time with my husband Eli, and our golden retriever Winnie.
Eli has been here since the beginning supporting me, encouraging me, and being by side through every step of this journey. Our love story is, after all, one of the biggest reasons Dear Darling exists today.
Dear Darling is rooted in faith, care, and a deep belief that meaningful moments like this deserve to be handled well.
