From our first conversation to the final send-off, I’m alongside you through every step of bringing your wedding together. From finding the right venue and building your vendor team to shaping the design, managing your budget, and keeping track of all the moving pieces, I take an active role in the planning from beginning to end.
The Whole Story is for couples who want to be part of creating their wedding without having to manage the entire process themselves. You’ll always have a say in the decisions that matter to you, with someone keeping things organized, moving forward, and thoughtfully connected along the way.
By the time your wedding arrives, the decisions have been made, the details have been considered, and you can simply be there for it. My support carries all the way through your wedding day, where I’ll take the lead behind the scenes and make sure everything we’ve planned together comes to life.

The Sweet Spot
For couples who've made a start, and want support along the way.
You’ve already started planning and have some of the pieces in place — but there’s still plenty left to figure out. The Sweet Spot is for couples who want to stay hands-on while having a planner alongside them to offer direction, fill in the gaps, and help carry the process forward.
Through regular check-ins, vendor recommendations, design support, planning tools, and help with the logistics, I step in wherever you need an experienced second set of eyes. We’ll work through the remaining decisions together, while you stay involved in the parts of planning you actually want to be involved in.
As your wedding gets closer, my support continues right through the final weeks and wedding day itself. I’ll take over vendor communication, timelines, and final logistics, then be there to coordinate everything we’ve worked on together.

The Hand-Off
For couples who've done the planning, and are ready to pass it over.
You’ve poured your heart into planning your wedding — now it’s time to hand it over.
Beginning 4–8 weeks before your date, I step in to learn the plans you’ve made and bring all of the pieces together. I’ll connect with your vendors, build and finalize your timeline, work through the remaining logistics, coordinate your rehearsal, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
On your wedding day, I take the lead so you don’t have to. Instead of you, your wedding party, or your family fielding vendor questions and keeping an eye on the timeline, you can be fully present knowing there’s someone there who knows the plan and is making sure it happens.

Consultations
Sometimes you don’t need full planning — you just need clarity.
Whether you’re unsure where to begin, looking for trusted vendor recommendations, or refining your design vision, consultations offer focused guidance on the areas that feel overwhelming.
In a relaxed, supportive setting, we’ll walk through your questions and create a clear path forward — so you can continue planning with confidence and peace of mind.
Starting at $100 for a one hour session

In addition to weddings, I offer planning and coordination for meaningful gatherings of all kinds — showers, milestone celebrations, private dinners, and more.
